Placements24 is seeking a specialized Healthcare Architect to lead the design and development of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Mossel Bay. The role requires 8+ years in healthcare architecture, strong Revit skills, and a deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a significant focus on healthcare architecture.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare planning principles, infection control, and medical workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software; experience with healthcare-specific modeling tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the South African healthcare landscape and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for new healthcare facilities and renovations.
• Translate healthcare operational needs into functional architectural layouts.
