Job description

Provides high-quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. Assignments typically require analysis and problem solving within an established framework.
Essential Functions
  1. Identification of relevant publications by HTA agencies in multiple countries / regions (“scouting”).
  2. Data entry of approximately 300 data points identified, selected, and processed from HTA reports.
  3. Quality control of entered data.
  4. Writing a newsletter reporting on HTA and reimbursement policy developments.
  5. Participation in client project deliverables across diverse research questions and therapy areas.
  6. Provide insights into HTA, pricing, and reimbursement processes and policies of countries, requiring ongoing knowledge development and staying current.
  7. Support the design and build of new technology solutions, including understanding business needs, defining product specifications, managing production timelines, pricing, and planning for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
  8. Conduct market research to understand business needs and generate product requirements.
  9. Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support product development.
  10. Leverage business experience and acumen to identify strategic options for client questions.
  11. Work collaboratively within a team to create reports, presentations, and workshops with clients and stakeholders under leadership guidance.
  12. Develop broad knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through project delivery and learning opportunities.
  13. Work independently and as part of a team.
  14. Assist in the development and writing of proposals with senior support.
  15. Contribute to learning, development, and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical, Pharma, Economics, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Qualification in Health Economics is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Global Market Access, HTA, and reimbursement processes is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written English and French skills; Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under time pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamworking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn, and apply new knowledge.
