Key Performance Areas:
Implement the HSE elements of the Business Operating System (BOS):
- Utilize the BOS to promote and maintain HSE compliance onsite and ensure compliance with all legislative standards and regulations.
- Assess and approve contractor health and safety documentation; guide contractors as needed.
- Draft and implement task-specific risk management documentation.
- Implement project-specific emergency preparedness plans and review their effectiveness.
- Conduct site inductions and relevant training.
- Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.
- Oversee inspection checklists and ensure completion by responsible persons.
- Manage all incident cases, provide First Aid when required, and compile reports.
- Record and report on HSE-related matters and oversee document control.
- Maintain non-conformance registers.
- Assist with site shut-down procedures.
