Recruiter (Remote, 3pm-11pm SA time)

We are seeking a friendly, charismatic, and tech-savvy recruiter to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will source and match top talent to support our clients, while embodying our values of compassion and excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and empathetic, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate and promote our mission and values to attract top candidates.
  • Leverage strong tech skills to utilize our ATS, LinkedIn, Monday.com, email, and interview scheduling tools.
  • Manage and organize a large volume of candidates, ensuring all details and interviews are tracked and updated accurately.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to match candidates with clients specific needs and schedules.
  • Maintain a compassionate and understanding approach, addressing therapists' needs for work-life balance and alignment with a mission-driven culture.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress.

Qualifications:

Stable work history with 3+ years of recruitment experience.

Strong technical proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn, Monday.com, and other relevant platforms.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
