A large healthcare organization in the Highlands is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide social and recreational activities for patients in the hospital. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated and enthusiastic, demonstrating a commitment to supporting both individual and group activities that aid recovery. This is an opportunity to join the Occupational Therapy and Health and Wellbeing Team at New Craigs Hospital. We are a 98 bedded Mental Health Hospital providing inpatient mental health care to patients within the Highlands; located in the City of Inverness.
This role provides social and recreational activities for all patients in the hospital, working closely with the inpatient ward teams and co-ordinating activities that support recovery.
The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and demonstrate a commitment toward supporting people in the hospital to benefit from both individual and group activity.
