Position Details:

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring company compliance with the OHS Act and other legal requirements.
• Compiling risk assessments and generating reports.
• Driving the SHE committee.
• Ensuring all machinery is in safe working condition.
• Identifying and preventing risks on site.

Security Management:

• Ensuring security services protect company assets.
• Implementing and enforcing security measures.
• Compiling security reports.
• Managing the control room and CCTV system.
• Preventing loss of company property.
• Investigating incidents, accidents, and property damage.
• Managing service providers such as laundry, security, waste management, and gardening services.
• Chairing the EE committee and assisting with the equity plan.
• Holding monthly meetings.
• Chairing and initiating disciplinary cases.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• SAMTRAC / GRADE A Security Management certification.
• Computer literacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
