HEAD SPA THERAPIST

LOCATION : Tokai - Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, W-CAPE (South Africa)

START : ASAP / 01 September 2025

EMPLOYMENT TERMS : Full-time / Permanent

HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday - Sunday
• 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 | Shifts rotate
• 1 Weekend off per month + Days off in the week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Qualifications in Spa / Beauty (accredited international)
• CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC etc.
• At least 1 full year of employment experience as a Senior Therapist or Assistant Manager in a day spa
• Cruise Ship employment experience is highly beneficial
• Reliable transport to or residence in the Southern Suburbs
• Target & Retail driven, with ability to deliver 5-star spa treatments
• Confident in all standard SPA services including Skin Care, Facials, Body Care, Body Massage, Wellness Therapies, and Retail
• Computer literate with ability to perform reports, cash-ups, and other administrative duties
• Leadership qualities, capable of leading a busy team
• Excellent guest rapport skills, experience with VIP clients preferred
