• BCom/BCom Hons et 6 ans d'expérience en comptabilité dans une grande entreprise requis.
• Expérience en comptabilité de location IFRS 16 et SAP non négociables.

Responsibilities

• Contrôler les 15 centres de coûts et assurer les enregistrements mensuels des dépenses.
• Présenter les rapports aux responsables des centres de coûts chaque mois.
• Gestion de la comptabilité des baux pour 52 sites à l'échelle nationale.

Large, Listed Retail Giant requires an astute, diligent and outgoing Accountant to join this busy, dynamic Finance Team. The Role takes full control of 15 Cost Centres ensuring all Monthly Expenditure and Royalties are recorded with all Variances in Budget, explained in detail and then reported and presented to Cost Centre Heads monthly. Lease Accounting is also a critical part of this role as 52 Sites are rented nationally, so solid experience using IFRS 16 and SAP is a MUST.
