Are you a Head of User Acquisition?

We're on the hunt for a strategic powerhouse to lead user acquisition across global markets. If you're a performance-driven operator with a proven track record of scaling platforms from the ground up, this is your chance to own the growth engine behind one of the most exciting new names in Web3 entertainment. You'll take full ownership of user acquisition strategy and execution across all verticals – casino, sportsbook, and crypto.

From influencer deals and native crypto ads to performance marketing and community-led growth, you'll drive traffic, scale user base, and deliver real results. Your key responsibilities as the Head of User Acquisition in Johannesburg, South Africa, include:

1. Build and execute a data-led, multi-channel acquisition strategy.
2. Run performance campaigns across paid search, display, programmatic, and native ads.
3. Lead community-based growth through X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other Web3 platforms.
4. Leverage crypto-native acquisition tactics: DeFi partnerships, token drops, and native Web3 channels.
5. Collaborate with content and product teams to push engaging, performance-focused creative.
6. Develop and scale high-performing affiliate, ambassador, and streamer networks.
7. Work closely with top-tier talent in the Web3, crypto, and gaming spaces to drive traffic.
8. Manage relationships, deals, and outcomes with a sharp focus on ROI.
9. Own and optimize every stage of the acquisition funnel: CAC, LTV, ROAS, quality, and scale.
10. Lead testing, attribution, cohort tracking, and reporting.
11. Build and lead a high-performance growth marketing team.
