Head Of Training – Pharmaceutical Training Academy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the training academy aligned with company goals. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
2. Curriculum Development: Design and oversee a multi-tiered training curriculum tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. Incorporate modern, innovative learning solutions into training content.
3. Training Delivery: Facilitate impactful training sessions and workshops at all organizational levels. Ensure training programs meet high-quality standards and learning objectives.
4. Evaluation and Improvement: Implement robust methods to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and business impact metrics. Continuously improve training programs to keep them industry-relevant.
5. Stakeholder and Resource Management: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the training budget and resources effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Masters preferred).
2. Experience: Proven senior-level training experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership development training. Familiarity with modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning. Team management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement experience.
3. Skills & Attributes: Leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Analytical and decision-making expertise. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
