Our client is seeking a Head of Training - Leadership and Organisational Development to join their team, based in Johannesburg.
Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential employees, implementing world-class leadership training, and ensuring a strong succession pipeline for key roles.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Organizational Development
- Leadership and Talent Development
- Human Resources (HR) or Industrial Psychology
- Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership or HR
- Education and Training (with a specialization in executive or corporate learning)
Additional certifications are a plus:
- Certified Executive Coach (ICF, EMCC, or similar)
- Leadership Development and Talent Management Certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development)
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
- Advanced Challenger Sales Model Training
Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate training
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or training role within a large or mid-sized organization
- Proven experience in building and executing leadership programs that resulted in measurable career growth
- Experience in succession planning and high-potential talent identification
- Track record of successfully integrating leadership training into performance management
- Experience working in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or a high-growth corporate environment is a plus
- Strong expertise in:

- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration with Executives
