A really great little branding agency is looking for a Head of Traffic / Operations who excels in creative services. This role requires balancing internal projects with client-facing work in social media, branding, and web. All their clients are international and they have a very high standard of work. Work model : Remote (can be based anywhere in South Africa). Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.
Salary : R45k-R70k CTC

Primary Responsibilities :
Manage external suppliers and freelancers
Support creative directors and management
Define project goals, milestones, and timelines with clients and creative team
Allocate resources and manage project progress
Create proposals, costings, and reconcile budgets
Address issues early and effectively
Liaise with clients and manage expectations
Facilitate meetings and communication via Basecamp or Zoom
Ensure quality control of studio work
Secondary Duties :
Manage copywriters, designers, animators, and other external resources
Identify revenue opportunities
Keep project management software updated
Bridge creative and production teams
Participate in daily team huddles
Maintain a deep understanding of project status
Ensure team has necessary resources and meets deadlines
Produce film shoots
Occasionally participate in brainstorms and team activities
