Location: Remote within the EMEA region

We are building a future-focused Talent Development function within our remote-first, globally distributed organization, currently with 1,+ colleagues across 75+ countries.

This role offers the opportunity to lead our efforts in understanding and enhancing remote work practices, training, policies, and leadership development to maintain and improve our remote-first culture. This position is the fourth leadership role within our People team, which includes organizational psychologists, engineers, analytics experts, talent scientists, and employee relations specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement an inspiring and comprehensive talent development program
  2. Develop, drive, and embed management and leadership development initiatives within our remote organization
  3. Design and deliver core training programs, collaborating with external vendors as needed
  4. Create leadership performance indicators and metrics
  5. Manage our leadership skills matrix for performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, mentorship, virtual learning, and career development
  6. Establish a global learning framework for training and career growth
  7. Build and lead a team of Talent Development specialists
  8. Use data to identify trends and inform career development strategies
  9. Oversee and optimize the learning budget
Candidate Profile
  • Strong academic background from high school onward
  • Insight and experience in remote tech management environment success factors
  • Understanding of high-performing team practices and conditions
  • Ability to create, lead, and implement strategies and manage change
  • Business acumen to balance strategy and execution
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring program impacts
  • People management experience and budget accountability
  • Willingness to travel up to four times annually for internal events
