Job description

VA Central is growing, and we're looking for a confident and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for our Virtual Assistants (VAs) and clients.

You’ll oversee all talent acquisition operations, HR support, and team leadership functions — ensuring high-quality placements, outstanding client relationships, and an excellent candidate experience.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys developing people and processes, and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding VAs.
  • Design and optimize recruitment workflows using Zoho Recruit and other HR tools.
  • Post job ads across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoho).
  • Conduct weekly and monthly check‑ins with VAs and oversee HR‑related matters such as leave, contracts, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers to ensure candidates align with client needs.
  • Manage and resolve client or VA issues professionally, including terminations and transitions.
  • Oversee recruitment performance metrics, pipelines, and team KPIs.
  • Partner with Marketing to promote top talent and open roles, including video and social media content.

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR management, ideally within a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Microsoft Teams, and related HR tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Confident and creative in representing the brand through video and social media content.
  • Professional, discreet, and people‑focused approach to work.
