Lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent strategy.
This role is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong employer branding, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a passion for talent acquisition, team development, and business alignment.
Day in the Life of the Head of Talent Acquisition:
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants (TAC), ensuring the achievement of all team goals and performance objectives.
- Provide continuous guidance, mentorship, and training to TAC members as required.
- Drive strategic planning for the Talent Acquisition function in collaboration with the CEO and HR leadership.
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment team's operations, ensuring seamless execution of all initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance Employer Branding efforts.
- Maintain full ownership of all third-party agreements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment solutions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide reports and analysis on key market trends and recruitment-related statistics.
- Hold ultimate accountability for managing vacancies across the organisation.
- Work closely with the People team to ensure alignment and integration of talent processes across the business.
Key Skills:
- A qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology.
- 5+ years of global recruitment experience.
- Experience of leading a team of recruiters.
- Experience recruiting in a global start-up or scale-up such as RoomRaccoon.
- Resilient and able to manage change and decisions.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Data-Driven recruitment & performance metrics.
