Job description

The Strategy Director is responsible for delivering market-leading strategies for local clients as well as contributing to new business pitches.

Mission & Responsibilities
  1. Partner with client teams to drive optimal business outcomes and develop effective innovative media plans for local clients.
  2. Oversee a team of strategists.
  3. Train and manage best practices in product and process rollout.
  4. Coordinate and support Global Strategy teams on global and/or multi-market clients.
New Business
  1. Actively contribute to growth through organic and new business development.
  2. Champion the strategic planning process within the new business framework.
  3. Provide strategic insights based on solid research during new business pitches.
  4. Support successful global pitch assignments in coordination with Global Strategy teams.
Previous Experience & Industry Background
  1. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in strategic planning.
  2. Experience in Media Brand Consultancy.
Qualifications & Languages
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
  2. Strong storytelling skills.
  3. Expertise in strategic communications planning.
  4. Knowledge of media and media planning.
  5. Leadership abilities.
  6. Ability to interface effectively with clients and multiple stakeholders.
  7. Skill in distilling complex information and research findings.
  8. Ability to listen to client needs.
  9. Accountability and delivery orientation.
  10. Strategic and creative thinking skills.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Office software.
