A leading financial institution is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive the measurement, analysis, and reporting of its social, environmental, and economic impact.

This is a pivotal role focused on aligning impact outcomes with business goals, ensuring transparency, and enabling data-driven decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the organisation's social impact and SROI strategy.
  • Design frameworks, policies, and tools to measure impact in alignment with corporate ESG goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate impact findings into strategic planning.
  • Oversee data collection, management, and validation across multiple initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality, audience-specific reports and presentations on social impact outcomes.
  • Conduct scenario and cost-benefit analyses to quantify value generated.
  • Ensure consistent ESG data capture and application of best practices across the business.
  • Drive transparency by documenting methodologies and ensuring replicable analysis.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to support accountability and informed decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Honour's Degree (essential).
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Social Impact, SROI, or Impact Measurement (advantageous).

Experience

  • 6–7 years in impact measurement, ESG reporting, public affairs, or strategic roles.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.

Knowledge & Skills

  • SROI frameworks and methodologies.
  • ESG data reporting and analysis.
  • Survey design and data collection.
  • Financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Project and stakeholder management.
