Job description

The Head of Shared Services oversees all aspects of finance-related shared services functions within the company through direct involvement and management of departmental leaders. This role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of transactional finance services by driving process excellence, implementing efficiencies, and maintaining strategic oversight of operations. The Head of Shared Services has full accountability for departments including procurement, accounts payable / receivable, billing, collections, and contract administration. The role actively designs and implements process improvements, optimises resource utilisation, and ensures compliance with operational controls, ultimately contributing to the company's operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Head of Shared Services must meet the following requirements :

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, regulating payments, closing accounts and receiving capital from accounts
• Must have strong CRM system experience
• The candidate must have sound budget management experience
• Be strong with generating and settling of new invoices and debt collection
• Must be able to audit and strong knowledge around auditing
• Come from the industry related to IT / Telecoms / Logistics background
• Managing of accounts related to collection of debts and settling of those accounts
