What You'll Do :
- Sales Leadership: Lead the growth of our outbound telesales channel and optimize growth strategies.
- Profit and Loss Management: Oversee financial performance and ensure channel profitability.
- Growth Delivery: Implement strategies to achieve growth within financial and brand guidelines.
- Business Model Relevance: Ensure the business model remains relevant and productive in a digital and AI-driven environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the telesales team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary Degree in marketing, BCom in commercial accounting, or related business qualifications.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Financial Services, Sales, or BPO sectors.
- Product knowledge and a sales growth mindset.
