In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective sales strategy within the specified market scope (global/regional) for the business area, division, or product group. You will be responsible for maintaining this strategy to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical or related engineering tertiary qualification
• Master’s in Engineering or MBA is advantageous
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Electrical and Automation Systems/Projects Sales
• Project or sales experience within the power, water, and oil & gas industries
• Proven track record and management of large teams (over 7 years in sales management)
• Willingness to travel within Africa
• Extensive experience as a Sales Leader in the Industrial sector, capable of managing large teams (15+ professionals), with a proven record of execution and results delivery
