Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota-bearing background.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP and identify decision makers.
• Build accurate contact lists and craft personalized outbound sequences.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
