Job description

  • Lead the development and execution of the regional business development strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive significant revenue growth across the MEA region.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with regional partners, key customers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive the expansion of the company's footprint by identifying new channels, partnerships, and market routes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage and coach regional sales teams to maximize performance and develop local capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless contract negotiations and adherence to legal and commercial frameworks.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience working within the African and Middle Eastern markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing sales or business development teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
