We are looking for a highly experienced and technical Head of Sales (HOD) to lead both Franchise Sales and IT / Software Sales within our business. The ideal candidate must have a strong IT background with hands-on experience in software sales, SaaS, or CRM-related technology, and a proven track record in sales leadership.
The HOD will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across both franchise expansion and IT-driven solutions (Zoho Flux Flow and software services).

Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and oversee both Franchise Sales & IT Sales ensuring strategic alignment.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set clear KPIs, revenue targets, and performance benchmarks for both divisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to optimize sales execution.
- Ensure sales efforts align with overall business strategy and market trends.
- Develop a structured franchise sales team, ensuring recruitment targets are met.
- Drive franchise lead generation through cold calls, emails, marketing, and networking.
- Ensure franchise sales meet compliance, onboarding, and operational standards.
- Support long-term franchisee success by working with Operations and Business Development teams.
- Host franchise discovery days and presentations to convert leads into sales.
IT & Software Sales (Zoho Flux Flow SaaS CRM Solutions & Business Digitization)
- Promote and sell Zoho Flux Flow and business digitization services.
- Train and educate small businesses on digital transformation using Zoho solutions.
- Work with corporate enterprises to provide tailored IT solutions and CRM consulting.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities between franchise and IT solutions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Team, including the Sales Team Lead.
- Establish a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Ensure targets for cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation are met.
- Provide ongoing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and corporate clients.
- Conduct high-level technical sales discussions with potential customers.
- Develop new revenue streams and expand market share in both sectors.
Marketing Collaboration & Outreach Strategies
- Work closely with Marketing to develop franchise sales campaigns.
- Assist in crafting email marketing, social media, and paid ad strategies for lead generation.
- Develop sales webinars, franchise expos, and digital content for engagement.
Requirements
- 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong IT/software sales experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE; must have hands-on expertise in selling CRM solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
- Additional experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
- Experience working with Zoho Flux Flow or similar IT platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-focused approach
- Proven work experience as a sales manager; hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel); understanding of sales metrics.
- A team player with high dedication, ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Matric certificate; Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
