Based at their Alberton HQ and covering Vosloorus remote sites, this is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to help shape the future of the business.A shareholding company and major investors back them — this is a rare opportunity to lead sales in a well-funded, agile team of 8 to 10 employees.

This role is perfect for a hunter – someone who is independent, innovative, quick to engage with conflict, and thrives in fast-paced, non-routine environments.

Experience in funeral insurance or financial insurance is highly advantageous.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a high-impact B2B sales strategy focused on large-scale funeral policy salesLead from the front – this is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in selling, building pipelines, and closing dealsIdentify and secure new strategic partnerships and large-volume sales opportunitiesCollaborate directly with the Managing Director and shareholders on business strategy and executionManage and mentor a capable back-office support and business development coaching teamCreate and maintain sales processes that support rapid growth, while remaining agile and customer-focusedContinuously find innovative ways to open new markets and expand reachRepresent the company with confidence and professionalism at senior levelsDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 5 years in a senior B2B sales leadership role – funeral insurance or financial services experience preferredProven track record in high-volume, high-value sales with the ability to sell services at large scaleComfortable engaging in difficult conversations and navigating conflict constructively and quicklyDemonstrated ability to lead from the front, get hands dirty, and maintain accountability across a growing teamStrong entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal routineExceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsPassionate about building relationships, innovation, and delivering results
