The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the global sales strategy for the company. This leadership role requires a results-driven, relationship-oriented professional who will grow revenue, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company's position in key international and domestic markets.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 710 years in luxury travel and hospitality sales, with a strong global trade network.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the high-end tourism market.
- Deep understanding of the luxury travel ecosystem (Virtuoso, Traveller Made, etc.).
- Experience with conservation-focused or experiential travel products preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and flexible work ethic.
- Unwavering integrity and professionalism.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Sales strategy and planning (design and implement sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, drive growth in key source markets, and monitor market trends and competitor performance to ensure strategic positioning).
- Revenue and business development (achieve and exceed annual sales & occupancy targets, build & manage relationships with high-end trade partners including tour operators, travel advisors & DMCs, maximise direct booking channels, and identify & pursue new business opportunities & luxury partnerships).
- Team leadership and collaboration (manage a high-performing sales & reservations team, working closely with marketing, operations and guest experience, and representing at trade shows, roadshows and industry events).
- Client and trade relations (serve as brand ambassador to key accounts & industry partners, oversee personalised & relationship-led trade engagement and client retention, develop & manage key account plans including sales calls, FAM trips and training).
- Reporting and analysis ( track & report on KPIs, sales metrics and ROI).
