  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership role
  • Proven track record in new business development, strategic sales planning and execution
  • Marine sales industry experience
  • Experience managing teams across multiple regions
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and tender processes
  • Knowledge of import / export procedures, stock management and procurement
  • Familiarity with SHEQ, compliance regulations and customer service standards
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and relevant sales tools
  • Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities :
