Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and strengthen our national sales efforts within the commercial interiors and workspace solutions sector. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for accelerating sales performance, enhancing team effectiveness, and developing sustainable growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a high level of commercial awareness, a passion for performance, and the leadership skills required to build, guide, and motivate a results-driven sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales function to meet and exceed defined business targets
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies aligned to the company's overall goals
  • Provide strong, inspirational leadership to the sales team, instilling a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
  • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and market opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Support high-value sales opportunities and contribute to the negotiation and closing of key deals
  • Identify capability gaps and lead the development and coaching of team members
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with operational, marketing, and strategic priorities
  • Play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the sales organisation

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving strong commercial results
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales processes and customer lifecycle management
  • Skilled in people development, sales coaching, and performance management
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business judgement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in interiors, furniture, design, fit-out, or related sectors is advantageous
