This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a countrywide retail and wholesale operation and shape the customer experience at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Retail and Wholesale, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of the company's national retail and wholesale functions.

This includes : Leading the design and execution of the national retail and wholesale strategy to align with best-in-class global standards.Driving sustainable sales growth and operational efficiency across all retail formats and wholesale channels.Overseeing store operations, merchandising, sales, customer experience, and supply chain alignment.Leading and developing a large, geographically dispersed team with a strong focus on performance, inclusion, and accountability.Ensuring retail environments support the business's transformation and empowerment objectives.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and playing an integral role in the executive leadership team.Experience and Educational RequirementsA minimum of 8 -10 years' experience in senior leadership within the retail sector, preferably with exposure to both retail and wholesale operations.Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale retail and customer experience strategies.Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.Experience in leading large, multi-regional teams and managing transformation and empowerment initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is advantageous.Deep understanding of the South African consumer landscape and operational environment.If you are a strategic retail leader ready to take full accountability for a dynamic national business, this role offers both challenge and reward.
