Head of Quality (Automotive Component Manufacturing) - Western Cape

South Africa's #1 Property Investment Group is looking for an Onboarding Administrator (Rentals) to join their team in Cape Town! With your previous working experience within the property industry, you will be responsible for managing the seamless transition of existing tenants from another rental agency to IGrow.

This role ensures that all necessary documentation is received, verified, and recorded accurately while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

To qualify for this position you need:

1. Matric Qualification
2. Previous working experience within the property industry.
3. Proficiency in data entry and CRM / property management systems.
4. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
5. Detail oriented.
6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
8. Deadlines driven.
9. Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Oversee and administer the onboarding process for tenants transitioning from another rental agency to IGrow.
2. Ensure all required documentation and information are received in a timely manner and remain current.
3. Liaise with stakeholders on a weekly basis to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed throughout the onboarding process.
