Job summary

Job description

Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, with a focus on VRV, VRF, and DX systems

Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, site supervisors, and technicians

Ensure all technical work complies with project specifications, design drawings, and industry standards

Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and quotations, covering labour, materials, and subcontractors

Take full ownership of the Projects divisions P&L, with a focus on cost control, cash flow, and profitability

Manage all financial aspects of projects including budgets, progress claims, variations, and final accounts

Implement and maintain project management best practices to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, mitigate risks, and resolve on-site challenges

Facilitate effective coordination across internal departments (procurement, design, service) and with external stakeholders (consultants, clients, subcontractors)

Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 10 years experience in the HVAC industry, including at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role

Demonstrated success in delivering VRV / VRF and DX system projects within commercial environments

Proven expertise in project pricing, financial management, and full P&L responsibility

In-depth knowledge of SANS codes, installation standards, and OEM specifications and requirements
