Job Summary

Absa is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Product – Payment Acceptance to lead product management, development, and innovation within this critical portfolio. This role is key in shaping our market presence and driving success through a customer-centric approach to payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Management: Take full ownership of the product's P&L and performance across its lifecycle, aligning with business growth objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize product strategy and execution.
  2. Product Management: Develop insight-led and innovative product propositions that meet evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  3. Partnership & Compliance: Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and risk management excellence.
  4. Product Infrastructure: Oversee the end-to-end product ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and a seamless customer experience. Support strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
