Head Of Pre-Seed & Growth Portfolio

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategically minded, and experienced Head for our Pre-Seed Portfolio to join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Chief Portfolio Officer ("CPO").

The individual will lead the operational and programmatic support for ventures in the pre-seed portfolio while directly managing a subset of portfolio ventures. The VCL will be responsible for leading a team of Venture Builders ("VBs") to deliver an efficient entrepreneurship support framework for founding teams enrolled onto the Pathways programme to receive structured support in order to grow their ventures holistically and sustainably.

This framework will include continuous business model and value proposition testing and refinement. The successful candidate would be expected to identify and map out existing, or potential, business models and value propositions; working alongside entrepreneurs to design activities that test and validate key elements of each.
