Job summary

Tiger Consumer Brands Ltd. is seeking a senior security leader to coordinate physical security for Albany Bakeries and associated depots. You will shape and implement the security strategy, manage risk, and ensure compliant operations across sites.

You will lead security technology deployment (CCTV, access control, alarms), oversee budgets and vendors, and develop the security capability of the team while collaborating with law enforcement and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of security leadership in a Bakery/FMCG environment.
• Experience with security technologies, incident investigation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead security strategy aligned with Group policies.
• Perform risk assessments, audits and compliance checks.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across bakeries/depots.
• Coordinate incident investigations and crisis responses.
• Manage security technology budgets and procurement.
• Train and develop security personnel.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely security reports and leadership insights.
