Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years security leadership experience in Bakery/FMCG environments.
• Experience with incident investigations and reporting.
• Knowledge of security technologies and systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Regulatory knowledge including PSIRA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Bakeries security strategy aligned with Group security policies and business priorities.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, threat analyses and security audits.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across bakeries and depots.
• Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate contingency plans.
• Manage security technology, budget and procurement of security systems.
