Old School is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our paid media, analytics, and conversion optimisation efforts.

About the Role:

Reporting to Stef (CMO & Co-founder), you'll own our performance marketing, paid media, and digital strategy - turning data into action to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analytics & CRO: Own key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion rates.
2. E-Commerce Growth: Improve the funnel from ad click to checkout & boost retention.
3. Collaboration & Leadership: Work with creatives on high-performing ads and mentor a data-driven team.

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years in performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce growth.
2. Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROAS.
3. Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads & GA4.
4. Strong analytical mindset & experience with attribution models.
