GAP Consulting seeks an experienced Operational Manager for the FMCG sector in South Africa. The ideal candidate will bring 10–12 years of proven leadership in operations, with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Operations Management.

You will oversee executive-level functions, CAPEX, and project delivery, while maintaining compliance and safety standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license, own transport, and verifiable references along with payslips.
