Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain principles.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L for a production facility.
