Overview & Purpose
Join our dynamic team at our Gaming Client where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving, and delivering exceptional gaming operational excellence.
As Head of Gaming Operations, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities within a casino or gaming establishment. This includes working closely with our Executive Committee to ensure seamless and efficient integration across multi-functional departments and business initiatives.
This high-energy position is ideal for someone with leadership experience in online casino and iGaming industries, a strategic mindset, and a vision to achieve operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on, results-oriented leader who can foster cross-functional collaboration, optimize processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growing organization. You will work closely with the Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives that promote growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategies:
- Define and execute operational strategies, structures, and processes to optimize efficiency and improve user and business experiences.
- Create cohesive strategies for online gaming technology operations.
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase profitability in the gaming division.
- Develop long-term operational plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Product, Brand & Marketing Operations Management:- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to support product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements.
- Manage adoption and optimization of technology solutions to ensure seamless digital operations.
- Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for campaign execution.
- Guide customer experience improvements with Retention, Marketing, Affiliate & VIP teams to enhance satisfaction and NPS.
IT Operations & Asset Management:- Oversee IT operations, asset management, and advise on IT solutions and optimization.
Quality Control & Operational Excellence:- Ensure efficient gaming operations, compliance, and platform performance.
- Work with finance and payments teams to optimize payment solutions, improving key metrics like FTD%, retention, and ROI.
Casino & iGaming Compliance:- Collaborate with legal, fraud, and risk departments to ensure regulatory compliance across territories.
Strategic Planning:- Partner with the Executive Committee to define strategic objectives and execute operational plans.
Process Innovation & Optimization:- Innovate and standardize processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain updated documentation and training resources.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Data Security & Compliance:- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection, KYC, and other legal standards.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in the online casino & iGaming industry is mandatory.
- Proactive, solution-focused, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders.
