Are you a Medical Doctor with a passion for education / training? There's an exciting opportunity to lead a department in a fast-paced and innovative pharmaceutical company!

You will manage the department and champion the development and empowerment of medical / pharmaceutical sales representatives. This dual-responsibility role demands a strategic leader who can both manage a high-performing department and deliver cutting-edge training programs.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead Training Excellence : Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, advanced detailing strategies, and crucial regulatory compliance.
  • EmpowerSales Force : Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives. Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and case studies.
  • Drive Product Understanding : Ensure the sales team has an in-depth understanding of products' features, benefits, and clinical data, maximizing awareness among healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate Strategically : Work closely with Marketing to refine strategies, provide input on detail aids, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders and Continuing Medical Education for doctors.
  • Foster Growth : Monitor performance, provide targeted coaching, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements :

  • A Medical Doctorwith prior experience in sales training, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the broader healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
