Seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing. Youll lead the marketing strategy for two fast-growing, purpose-driven health brands, working directly with the founders to shape national-scale campaigns. This fully remote role offers flexibility and autonomy, while allowing you to make a tangible impact by bringing marketing in-house and steering the direction of all digital initiatives from strategy through to execution. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with a strong digital and eCommerce focus
Demonstrated expertise in paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Proven track record in digital strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads
Comfortable with social media planning, scheduling, and community engagement
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience with WooCommerce
Previous exposure to medical, wellness, or lifestyle brands would be an advantage
Available to start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for cost-efficiency and conversion
Develop and execute brand strategies that support growth and customer retention
Oversee content planning and engagement across all social platforms
Maintain and evolve brand identity and messaging for both brands
Take full ownership of marketing projects from concept to delivery
Liaise with third-party creatives, influencers, or media when needed
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team
