Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership and accountability for Value Added Services (TFG’s Insurance, Media, and MVNO businesses) and hi (TFG’s Mobile and tech brand) mobile’s Communication and Marketing Strategy.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the Business strategy and supported by data and analytics.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the VAS and hi management team to support and execute the Business Strategy.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing strategies in-store (across 2,500 stores and multiple brands) and online, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the Omni-channel vision within VAS and hi to provide a consistent customer experience across all channels.
- Lead and manage all marketing content for in-store and online platforms to ensure excellence in customer experience.
- Explore opportunities to commercialize in-store marketing space to contribute to overall marketing costs.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with the VAS and hi customer profiles.
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and execute content across social and digital platforms, managing the creative studio for VAS & Mobile.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Product Communications strategy.
- Enhance internal communication, especially to stores.
- Manage campaigns and measurement, focusing on Customer Relationship Management.
- Oversee reputation management efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive team performance to meet objectives and manage performance issues effectively.
- Contribute to developing strategic marketing capabilities within TFG.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within marketing.
- Demonstrate the success of a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 8 years of senior management experience, including in Marketing and Digital Strategy, Team Management, Stakeholder and Supplier Management, and Store Operations.
