Overview:

Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Head of Acquisition, where you'll drive strategic growth in the dynamic world of iGaming. This position puts you at the helm of developing and executing comprehensive acquisition strategies across multiple channels to attract and convert high-value customers. You'll lead a dedicated team, optimize marketing performance, forge valuable partnerships, and continuously innovate to stay ahead in this competitive landscape. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets in the sports and iGaming markets.
  • Lead and optimize performance across all acquisition channels, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends and new acquisition opportunities within the industry landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the Campaign Manager to oversee targeted marketing campaigns that maintain brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Partner with retention, brand, product, and analytics teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Establish KPIs, provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership on all acquisition activities.
  • Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements within the sports and iGaming sectors.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition team focused on excellence.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Continuously test and refine acquisition strategies to drive performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in acquisition marketing, with significant experience in sports betting and/or iGaming industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies that have driven substantial growth.
  • Deep understanding of the sports and iGaming landscape, including player behavior, regulations, and marketing channels.
  • Extensive experience managing digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing).
