What You'll Do
- Lead the marketing department and manage the execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive student acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts are directly aligned with sales targets, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Use insights and analytics to shape data-driven strategies and improve campaign effectiveness, leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Own and evolve the Lyceum College brand, ensuring relevance and resonance in a highly competitive market.
- Oversee digital strategy (SEO, SEM, social, email, content) and traditional channels to support aggressive growth objectives, incorporating emerging technologies where relevant.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of marketers, creatives, and agency partners, encouraging a culture of tech-enabled innovation and experimentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5–7 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the education, FMCG, or services industry.
- Proven experience in aligning marketing with sales functions to improve lead quality, sales conversion, and ROI.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, with exposure to AI-enhanced marketing tools and data analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A creative, data-savvy, and commercially focused mindset, with a passion for technology-enabled growth.
