A fast-growing skincare company in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Marketing to own and execute their marketing strategy. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in relevant marketing positions, focusing on building brand awareness and driving growth. You will collaborate with an in-house team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
1. The Head of Marketing will own Lelive’s end-to-end marketing strategy and plan in South Africa—helping build the brand, shaping perception, driving profitable growth across DTC and retail.
2. You will also be required to drive the brand, content & systems engine that must support global expansion into new markets.
3. You’ll help define strategy, be part of the executive team, support the brand narrative and dive into execution, leading an in-house team and agency partners while using smart, creative marketing to deliver measurable results.
Experience: 7+ years in relevant marketing / brand roles.
