This role is for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Operations who will lead and evolve IT operational strategy. The ideal candidate must be passionate about infrastructure, performance, security, and service delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations
• Experience writing code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience using Microsoft SQL to update and retrieve data
• Experience leading IT Operations teams using ITIL and Cobit frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM delivery
• Financial industry background and understanding
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing (OS / SQL)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Understanding of AWS and Azure cloud services and environments
• Deep knowledge of information security and cyber security management
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Firewall and network technology expertise
• Experience with VEEAM management
• Familiarity with 3 PAR storage environments

University Degree and relevant experience
