Job Description :

The Investment Director is responsible for media buying and trading strategies, policies, and their optimization.

Mission & Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the quality of the team’s media expertise.
  2. Oversee the delivery and quality of media buying and trading strategies, from negotiation to implementation.
  3. Represent the media purchasing policy of the agency internally and externally.
  4. Ensure adherence to agreements and commitments with partners and clients.
  5. Optimize agency revenue through effective purchasing, negotiation, and auditing strategies.
  6. Enhance the efficiency and relevance of services provided.
  7. Maintain accuracy in reporting and supervise traders in updating reports.
Qualifications & Languages
  1. Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  2. At least 15 years of experience in advertising.
  3. Background in media agency, ad network, publisher, tech, or data company.
  4. Expertise in media buying.
  5. Comprehensive media expertise: audio, video, publishing, programmatic, social, mobile, performance marketing, geolocation.
  6. Strong knowledge of partners and suppliers (media owners/publishers, ad networks, data & tech providers).
  7. Proven team management skills.
Technical Skills
  1. Operational performance management software (e.g., Pilot).
  2. Proficiency in Excel or similar table tools.
  3. Experience with advertising technologies (e.g., ad servers, retargeting platforms).
