About the Role

This is a fully remote, senior leadership position responsible for developing and articulating the firm's global investment philosophy, strategic asset allocation, and market outlook. The Head of Investment Strategy will play a crucial role in guiding portfolio managers and investment committees, ensuring that investment strategies align with client objectives and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of investment strategies across various asset classes, considering economic, political, and market factors.

• Communicate investment strategies and market insights to clients, consultants, and the broader investment community through presentations and written reports.
• Conduct in-depth macroeconomic analysis and scenario planning to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and portfolio implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or PhD) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• CFA charter is essential.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in investment management, portfolio strategy, or asset allocation, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in macroeconomic analysis, global markets, and strategic asset allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.
