We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Annual Integrated Reporting to lead our integrated reporting function. This role is crucial in ensuring that our annual integrated report accurately reflects our financial performance, sustainability initiatives, and overall corporate strategy.

POSITION INFO : Requirements :

A relevant business management degree with Honours / Masters degree, or equivalent qualifications

Proficient in all forms of communication in English. Additional fluency in other languages will be an advantage

Experience

Minimum of five years’ experience gained in a similar position, preferably in financial reporting agency or, within a listed corporate environment which publishes Integrated Annual Report and other reports required by the International Reporting Framework and the JSE and / or other stock exchanges.

Minimum of five years managing diverse teams at a middle to senior level

Proven track record

Knowledge of project management and business management principles and methodology

Financial experience, including budgeting and basic financial reporting
