We're Hiring: Head of Influencer Campaign Management

Location: Cape Town (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Start Date: 1 September (or as soon as possible)

Salary: R40,000-R45,000 CTC/month

Are you a strategically-minded marketing campaign expert who knows how to run seamless, high-impact executions from start to finish? We’re on the hunt for a Head of Influencer Campaign Management to lead our ICM department and elevate our campaigns from great to groundbreaking.

You’ll manage and mentor a high-performing team, own the influencer recruitment and selection process, and ensure every campaign lands with impact. From trend-spotting and process innovation to flawless execution and KPI-busting - this role is all about making influencer magic happen at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the ICM team, ensuring flawless influencer campaign execution across all projects.
  • Oversee influencer selection, database growth, and recruitment strategies that align with campaign goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency by refining workflows and quality checks across all phases of influencer campaigns.
  • Review and optimize briefing, survey, and content processes, ensuring every touchpoint is sharp, compliant, and aligned with the brand.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure project KPIs are met, insights are surfaced, and challenges are proactively solved.
  • Champion process innovation, reporting accuracy, and team development.

We’re Looking For:

  • A seasoned marketing or digital campaign manager with 8+ years’ experience in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
  • A confident team leader who knows how to mentor others while managing complex deliverables and campaign timelines.
  • Someone who’s comfortable working across platforms, data, workflows, and people with strong instincts for quality and operational rigour.
