Job description

As the High School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the school. You will inspire staff, students, and the broader school community while upholding the schools commitment to holistic education, high academic standards, and a nurturing, future-focused environment.

Qualifications required :

  • A recognised degree in Education (a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or a business-related degree will be advantageous).

Experience and skills required :

  • Proven leadership experience as a Principal or Deputy Principal within the private or high-performing public education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional matric results and foster academic excellence.
  • Strong financial and business management capabilities, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to motivate staff and drive innovation while maintaining a culture of high achievement.
  • Previous exposure to boarding environments is advantageous.
